Guiding Perry and Northern Dauphin County dog parents through all the stages of their dog's lives.
Well behaved dogs,
happy humans.

Your dog is a member of your family. You want to be able to take them with you, whether you're out for a walk, on a camping trip, or at a family picnic, so there's no room in your life for behavior issues. Whether you have a brand new puppy, a recent rescue, or a dog who has been with you for years, I'm here to see you through all the stages, and the challenges, of your dog's life.

I'm Jill Hallam-Miller, Perry County's only Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Fear Free Certified Professional trainer, and I want to help you achieve your goals for your dog! In my group classes and private in-home training we'll use a positive reinforcement, force-free and fear-free approach. Whether you are hoping to work on basic cues, loose leash walking, you want your pup to be a Canine Good Citizen, or you just want to have more comfortable vet visits – I offer training options to help you make sure they're on their best behavior!

Our Services

Group Classes
Group training classes help you develop problem-solving skills for handling your puppy or dog's behavior and apply classroom learning to real-world situations. We incorporate distractions in training from day one.

Private Training
When you need to work on your dog's behavior and skills, but group classes aren't right for you and your dog, I will work directly with your dog, or with you and your dog, in your home or at my location.

Cooperative Care
Prepare your dog to willingly participate and cooperate in care-giving procedures at the vet, the groomer, and in your home without force or fear through private training sessions or group classes.
