AKC FIT Dog First Day Walk - Detweiler Park, Dauphin

Group dog walk for fun, to spend time with your dog, and/or to earn points for FIT Dog titling (not a training walk). This walk will be 2-3 miles of mostly easy walking on dirt or grass trails with frequent roots and occasional rocks on the trails. Wear appropriate footwear. Bring poop bags and water (and a bowl) for your dog. Bring water for yourself. There is a portapotty at this location. We'll meet in the parking lot closest to the starting trail.

Wildlife are often visible at this location and dogs are required to be on-leash.

Dogs must be up-to-date on rabies and DHPP vaccines. Bordetella vaccine is recommended as dogs may be in close proximity during the walk.
